Shipping Policy
How long will standard orders take?
Regular shipping times for domestic orders are based on processing time plus shipping time.
Please note: For purposes of calculating total ship time, the date of purchase will be the following day for any orders received after 2 p.m. CST.

What if I only get part of my order?
In order to provide you with the speediest service possible, items ordered together may not necessarily ship together. This will not affect your shipping charges and your credit card will not be charged for any product that has not yet shipped. You will be notified by e-mail or phone if there are any delays in shipping. Do you ship outside the United States?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally at this time.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?
Unfortunately, we cannot. Our shipping partner is UPS so orders can’t be shipped to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address. Please provide a valid postal address during checkout.
Do you offer assembly services for larger items like furniture, strollers, and highchairs?
